  Lumber Liquidators recently completed an installation of new bamboo floors in our kitchen and entry. The expertise I received while shopping in the store was good but once Michael McKay had the opportunity to measure for the project and provide his guidance and expertise, we were even more impressed. We were leery of paying for the entire project before the project was done but in hindsight I’m glad we moved forward. I picked up my product to save a few dollars and acclimated the bamboo to our home for a full 3 weeks prior to the install. Ben Cook and his team that are employed by lumber liquidators were very professional. They showed up on time for both days, worked efficiently and were a great team. We realized very quickly that there was a second layer of wood flooring underneath the layer that was on top. This additional layer added a substantial amount of work and hours to the tear out project and I felt the small increase to original bid was very fair. The completed project looks incredible and we receive raving reviews every time someone new sees it. I was very pleased with the ease of the returned unused supplies as well. I had open boxes, left over trim pieces, and remaining sub-floor that were all accepted and returned with no problem. Thanks to Mike McKay and Ben Cook for a job well done.

  Everything went exactly as described. All materials arrived as told. Pre and post phone calls. We had approximately 1100 sq. ft installed. Installers John McDonald and Dennis were great to deal with. Felt entirely comfortable with them in my 100+ year old home that is not square, level or plumb, they exceeded my expectations. Brought a long time vision to reality. Brought my wife to tears. Thanks for your work.
